Location and parking

How far away from the festival site is Zootopia?

Zootopia is located approximately 15 minutes walk from Gate D of the festival. It can then take a further 30-40 minutes to walk to the pyramid stage, depending on set times and navigating through crowds when you’re inside the festival.

Do you supply parking on site?

Zootopia has a very limited car park allotment, located in the Willow Meadows and Pop Up Hotel parking field. A parking pass can be purchased as an add on. Otherwise the closest car park is Glastonbury’s Orange Car Park, allotments 38, 39 and 40.


Bell tents, access and families

Can we camp near our friends if we have purchased a bell tent?

If you and your friends have purchased bell tents with us, we can position you next to each other if you let us know at least 30 days before the event. Please email info@zootopia.uk to request this, referencing the booking details for both parties.

Can my friends who have not booked a tent visit us?

No, only people who book accommodation will be allowed into the bell tent area. This is for security purposes and so that we can control the use of the services we provide.

Are children allowed on site?

Yes, children are allowed on site at Zootopia. If you are booking a bell tent and your child requires their own bed, you will need to classify them as a person. If you are bringing your own bed for them, you can book a smaller occupied tent. If just booking pamper passes, children under 3 are free.


Power and phone charging

Where will I be able to charge my phone?

Charging stations will be supplied in our bar and restaurant area, allowing guests to charge their devices whilst eating, drinking and chilling out.

Please note – we cannot be held responsible for guests’ belongings so please keep an eye on your devices at all times.

Our accommodation packages also offer power for charging your devices in the comfort of your own bell tent. All tents include electricity with two plug sockets.

What is included in my tent?

All of the furniture and items listed on the booking page (for the package you choose) and outlined in your e-ticket will be in your tent.

Do you have guest Wi-Fi?

We offer guest Wi-Fi in our bar and restaurant area only.


Booking and checking in

How do I retrieve my tickets?

When you book, you will receive an e-ticket by email. You can also log into Eventbrite to retrieve a copy of your e-ticket.

What is your refund policy?

We can provide a refund of your purchase up to 30 days before the event starts. To request a refund please submit via Eventbrite or email us no later than 5pm on 25/05/2025. You will be provided a refund including the Eventbrite fees. Please see our full T&C’s for further details.

Do you offer deposit or BNPL schemes?

We do not offer deposit or buy-now-pay-later schemes. However, you can choose Paypal Pay in 3 at checkout to split the cost.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in opens at 12pm on Wednesday 25th June. Check-out by 11am on Monday 30th.

Can I check in without the main booker?

Yes, you can check in without the main ticket booker. Reference the name of the main ticket booker at reception and make sure you have your e-ticket.


Food and beverages

What food is included?

One serving of breakfast is provided each day from Thursday onwards for guests who have purchased a Bell Tent package with us.

Breakfast is served from 8am until 3pm from Thursday to Sunday. On Monday, breakfast will be served from 8am to 11am. Lunch options will be available from 12pm until 3pm Wednesday to Sunday. Lunch is not included in any ticketing package but can be purchased on site.

Bar and restaurant facilities are also open from Wednesday for all of our guests to purchase food and drinks.

SNACK PACKS – Why not add a snack package to your booking, a box full of tasty, premium snacks from a range of artisan producers. Just head to the book now button and add to your basket.


What not to bring

Are towels included?

Yes, towels are included and changed on request for guests who are glamping with us and for guests using a Pamper Pass.

What hair facilities will there be?

You will have access to our hair dryers, straighteners and curlers, as well as a range of hair products.

Can I bring my own hair tools?

No, all electrical appliances are safety tested before being used by guests, so we cannot allow you to use your own hair styling appliances.

Will there be shampoo and conditioner to use?

Yes, shampoo and conditioner will be provided, as well as a range of other hair and beauty products.

Can I bring glass onto the site?

Yes, we allow glass to be brought onto our site. Please use the bins provided to dispose of your waste.

Can we bring a gazebo to the glamping site?

We are not permitted to have any gazebos on site, for health and fire safety reasons.

Are we allowed BBQ’s on site?

Unfortunately we do not allow any BBQs within our glamping field. Guests can use gas cookers if they wish but please do so outside of your tent and at least a metre away from any canvas, guy ropes or furnishings that may be damaged by fire.

What else shouldn’t I bring?

Please don’t bring any of the following:

  • Any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner
  • Drugs, dangerous substances including Nitrous oxide (laughing gas)
  • Food and alcohol that’s not for personal consumption
  • Animals (except registered guide dogs)
  • Sky lanterns or kites
  • Fireworks or wax flares
  • Drones
  • Gazebos
  • Excess packaging
  • Too much to carry
